Ugly Dolls are coming alive in 2nd grade!

Grade 2 is learning sewing skills while creating "Ugly Dolls" 
(and sometimes cute ones).

Rainforest Birds - 3rd Grade



Grade 3 created spectacular rainforest birds!
They used oil crayons to draw their birds and then watercolor marker, which was water sprayed for lush background effects.

Found a use for all those fallen-off brush tips. Sometimes I sneak in a project after hours 😊  This one was begging me to create!

Color Wheel Song

I've been trying to come up with a way to teach some basic color theory to my young students. While I'm not much of a song writer, this is my best attempt! 

The first stanza came from a video found on Pinterest and was extremely successful in teaching the primary colors!
